I have GTS smoke headlight covers, and smoke Ventvisors over the windows. Hopefully soon the windows will be tinted...
Sometime in the future I'll be getting smoke taillight covers and a smoke bug shield, and possibly rear window louvers / rear sunshade. The sunshade would look like the pic on the left, and the louvers would look like the pic on the right:
After the bumper incident (see below), I took off the headlight covers and bought Silverstar bright white bulbs and bought 2 new headlight lenses/enclosures. It made a tenfold difference in seeing at night, especially with the foglights on too. Now with the brighter bulbs and clearer lenses I'm back to the headlight covers... for a while. Here's one of the new lenses, same on the other side:
I plan on making a framed mesh grill like this one when I get the time/patience/parts.
If I really get crazy and money isn't too tight during college (yeah right), I would like to add a functional hood scoop that flows into a custom air box. I'm thinking of using a hood scoop like this one from a Nissan 300ZX.
But before any of that, I need to get this sucker fixed... As for how it happened, I nailed a blown semi truck tire going about 75 mph on the highway at night (I'd rather go into why). As you can tell, all the damage is on the driver's side because I swerved and almost missed it, but not quick enough.
This guy must have had something similar happen, because look, the damage is in the exact same spot! I know how this guy feels...
