UPDATED 5-5-08 This is my 1986 Volkswagen Scirocco 8V. 58,000 miles. Swissed K&N Air Filter. 16" 25 spoke wheels, hand painted. Pacesetter Headers. Full Stainless Steel Techtonics Exhaust with Stainless Borla Muffler
SOON TO BE- 16" 25 spoke. One of my wheels that I plan on painting a darker silver/gray, close to a gunmetal and keeping a bright lip, like it is, but repainting it still Dunlop P-209's

Hey, I'm just Curious here...Did anyone else ever notice how a 1980s Volkswagen Scirocco kinda looks a little bit like a DeLorean DMC-12?!? Especially when they're this Silver Color (but then-again, Anybody that's seen a Delorean DMC-12 up close KNOWS that all DeLorean's have a Full Brushed Stainless Steel Body)

I wouldn't trade ya for the Maserati, but I have always been a fan of the Scirocco. My buddy has a Corrado and he is having a hard time getting the right network to get parts overseas, but he is so proud of his baby he hardly lets anyone in it! Good call on solid wheel color, definitely looks better. I still will never understand a stereo system before mechanicals and performance, but I have a suspicion that is budget related for most. Keep wrenching dude.
