Exterior Styling
EXTERIOR
Some of the highlights of the car's exterior include shaved door handles and locks, Xenon ground effects and a custom rear spoiler.
Also added is a US Body 4" cowl hood with locking hood pins. Up front I hand-built a custom grille and had it frenched in when the car was getting repainted.
One area of which I'm proudest is the custom side exhaust. The covers are Mustang spec, specially formed and fitted to the Cougar's contours. The exhaust system itself is fully custom to clear the subframe connectors welded in by the conversion company. Tips are from a 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII. Headers are 1-5/8" equal length Hookers which dump into a BBK X-pipe.
