This is the way it Rolled off the Dealership Lot along with the removal of "ALL" GM Emblems and Stickers and the addition of 70% Light Grey Smoke Window Tint!  It was a "BIG" Hassle to find the Factory 17" 2LT Wheels in "Painted Silver" for our 2008 1LT HHR Panel and have them included in the purchase!  Many modifications are planed as "MONEY" permits!  We are a "NO CHROME" family!!!

As of this update We have Succesfully Removed the Front License Plate Bracket and Filled and RePainted the Upper Holes and Replaced the Lower Valance.  At the same time We also Smoothed off the Rear Door by Removing the Squirter and Wiper Arm!  The Holes were "Welded, Smoothed and Re-Painted"!  Also the Front and Rear Bowties were Painted to Match the Bodies Paint Color!  Exhaust, Suspension and Personalized License Plates are Currently Our Next Planned Mods!  Stay Tuned!

The Magnaflow Stainless Axle Back Exhaust System has been Installed Along with the Removel of the Factory Resonator!  It Sure Does Look Alot Cleaner Under the Rear Bumper Area with the Removel of the Stock Unit But We Still Retained the Factory Chrome Tip!  Just Enough Rumble to Get a Look or Two

The Personalized Plates Arrived and the Rear One Has Been Installed!  Four Plus Months After Ordering it and I Take it Out of the Envelope and it's Off-Center, F---!  I "Trimmed" 5/16" Off the Plate on the Right Side and Re-Drilled the Mounting Holes 5/16" to the Left as to Shift the Plate to the Right Behind the Frame for the End Result.  Color Matched License Plate Frame and Screw Covers Help Finish it Off!!!

Next Up will be Under the Hood Mods!  They Will Be a CGS Cold Air Intake, Jet Performance Power Control Module and Mass Air Flow Sensor!  Suspension Upgrades! We Will Be Installing a  Progressive Technology Rear Sway Bar, Eibach Pro-Spring Kit and SS Struts and Shocks All the Way Around!  Stay Tuned!!!

Well the First Round of Performance Modifications Have Been Installed!  First We Removed the Factory Turtle Shell Style Air Cleaner.  Then Installed a One Off Powder Coated Black CGS Cold Air Intake.  The Intake was Powder Coated Simi Gloss Black instead of the Polished Unit as to Appear as a Factory Install!  We Then Installed Jet Performances PCM and MAS Upgrades.  So with the Exhaust Upgrades and the Current Under the Hood Modifications Did the Factory 175 Horsepowered, 2.4 Ecotec with Automatic Transmission Have Any Notible Performance Differences?  Well at 4,500 RPM There is Approximately 10 Extra Horsepower with an Extra 10 FT. Pounds of Torque!  All in All it's Kind of Hard to Polish a Turd!  Maybe a Trifecta Tune Will Give Us What We are Looking for Performance Wise!!!

After Receiving Several Inquierys asking what the Inside of Our Panel Looks Like this is the Photo I Came Up With!  There is a Storage Box Directly Behind the Two Front Seats that Can Be Easily Un-Bolted and Removed!  Why is this Important?  Well Our First Major Interior Modification is the Removal of the Box and the Direct Replacement of it with a Wagons Rear Seat!  Sit Tight!!!  More Pics to Come >>>

VERY well done! That's the best looking HHR I've ever seen! Nice list f mods but I would have kept the rear wiper on there. It can come in very handy!

hey i did the same with the cold air intake. but here is an idea for you to do. twist the oil filler tube off. it is on just like the cap. you won't break it. i called and asked cgs just to make sure and they said thats all you have to do. it will look alot better.
