Sweet Project. I know exactly all about driving disasters... Check out my 78 Lil Red. Lots of problems with her but overall clean project.

nice truck i got an 83 silverado im fixin up, i think these kinda truck look really good in blue almost any shade, come check out my truck sometime

Hey man it looks like a nice truck. I have a 79 Cheyenne, its pretty much the same thing as yours. Dont even try to get Euros, they dont make them for a 1979 Chevy, they only make em for 1982 and up. I tried a set, they had an unsightly gap from the bed to the top of the plastic. Another thing, color. Chevy had some really good colors in 79. My truck is two tone yellow/tan. Check out "The Knightmare", its a cool truck, and it is black and silver. Oh, i like the truck, seems like a good rebuild kit. Btw, what is the engine? 305? 350? 400? 454? If you ever need anything for it, give me a call, or hit up my guestbook, i have a 75 Chevy that has everything youd need partwise....Check out my page!
