this is a picture of my comanche in newport ri. it is a 87 jeep comanche 2wd 6 cyl 4.0l auto. it was originally red but it didnt last long. i bought the truck for $30.00 . ive put a good amount of money into it. all new brake lines, oil pan, front brakes, front pipe, dual exhaust, bucket seats, tonneau cover, 03 16 inch liberty wheels, tinted the back window, aftermarket headlights, lifted front, new waterpump and thermostat, new alternater, fog lights, opening vent windows, converted to floor shifter with center console, put tilt column in full guage cluster, recent stereo, and more to come. On 01/09/09 went and bought a donor truck which is a 90 xj to convert my truck over to 4wd!! that will happen in spring time. will soon have pics up of that and new ones of my truck!!! update 4/07/2010!! now equiped with full time 4wd. recent kumho tires 225/75r16. installed lift 2 inch front and 1 inch lift shackles, beefier upper and lower control arms, longer swaybar links, t case, gas tank, and front skid plates installed. has magna flow cat and thrush turbo muffler out before the rear wheel.
