Thanks for checking out my ride. I bought this in July 07, completely stock. I've got big plans for it, but I've only gotten the audio department taken care of. These are before pics. As I change things, I'll add new pics.

Here's the 1998 Altima. Needs a good wax and buff.

This is the Infinity Basslink sub tucked away in the trunk. It puts out PLENTY of bass for listening to rock music.

The Pioneer Premier DEH-P690UB. It has a usb port for my iPod that I keep tucked away in the lockable glove box. Note the infinity's bass control mounted in the pocket under the deck.

Here's a pic of the new muffler and resonator that will be welded up underneath the car sometime next week. I'll record a video for the sound sometime quickly after its installed.

I would like to put a bit sportier suspension underneath it. The stock GLE suspension isn't as tight as I'd like it to be. Also, the front headlights will more than likely be swapped for a pair of 2000-2001 Nissan Altima headlights, and the tailights with some altezza or similar. At some point I'm going to put a darker tint onto it.

*Update 5/28/2008*
I've just purchased an OBX 4-2-1 header+down pipe. I'll be installing that within the next week (supposed to get in friday or so).

*Update 6/14/2008*
Installed the 4-2-1 header and down pipe, and completely removed my catalytic converter (the bolts would NOT come out). Great gain in power, going to get either a highflow cat, or resonator, 2.5" piping, and a magnaflow street series muffler to give it a nice deep tone.

*Update 10/1/2008*
I installed a Bomz WAI, NGK plugs and wires, and new rear speakers; pictures will come soon. It's got some great power now, still have to finish up the exhaust though, but I'm short on cash right now. I also need to change the cv axles as they're beginning to click. The stock suspension is also getting pretty noisy from being 10 years, and 180k miles old. Again, short on cash, so it's going as is for a bit.

*Update 3/17/2009*
I finally purchased the high flow cat , resonator , and muffler . Should arrive in the next week or so. I'm going to have 2.5" pipes welded on with those in place soon after I receive the parts. Also purchased some motor mount inserts, and a throttle body spacer. I'll install the MMIs and the TBS here shortly now that its warming up. Also had some new tires installed, and am going to install my new front brakes this week as well.

i have this same car, and want to do the same things you are . . How did the headlight change-out go? Are you going to change the tires? What do you think about the Infinity Basslink?
