REARBAR & TYRE CARRIER
While l wait for the carpet, lve started the rearbar. Have lots of photos, but will only post a few to catch up to now.
Most of the bar is made from 50 x 50 x 3mm SHS, 50 x 100 x 3mm SHS, 50 x 50 x 5mm angle and 4mm thick sheet material.
This is the master plan (probable wont look anything like it).
Cut out hole bigger to fit the 50x50x5mm angle mounts
The mounts are made from 50x50x5mm angle (which also bolts up the tow bar setup), with two 50x50x3mm RHS which is part of the bar and a flat bar 10mm thick that bolts to standard setup. Abit of an overkill, but l wanted to use a high lift, mount a my spare tyre and makes a stronger towbar setup.

To give you an ideal what it will look like.
Starting to clean up or shaping the bar to the 4WD. Alot harder then what l thought.
Im going to paint the bar in a hammered finish chaocoal, but cant decide on either painting lower part of the body in black or charcoal.
This one is in charcoal
This one is in black (But needs repainting)
Decided on black, so sanded down ready for painting
The bar part is finish.
Started on the swing arm part.
Put a wheel on to see if it would hold.
Started on the catch setup. The first picture is of a plan of what the catch setup should be like (Hope it works).
The Bar is all finish (Might put LED lights on later, see how it goes).
