                                           cvalcore's 1985 Ford Bronco II

I got this 1985 bronco ll in 2001 out of a junk yard for $600 bucks in ogden ut it was missing 5th gear and needed a tune up and it was ready to wheel since then ive built a custom bumper and tube doors and tire rack and then came a 10,000 pound mile marker winch and and new swampers it wheeled great but it was to hot in side and the roof was getting banged up from it tipping over on to tree's so i cut the top off from the wind sheild back the right way i capped of the bed sides with ford ranger bed sides not some hack job i like my trucks to look good when there cleaned up and i built a custom cage. then i put in a newer fuel injected 2.9, i had to get rid of the old carburated 2.8 one that smoked to much and when i did that i put in a new tranny and a sweet paint job that got detroyed on the first trip out it was only 2 days old but thats what i built it for maybe i will put a new paint job on it this year maybe burnt orange with flat black on top?

Here is a pic of her with just a lift and some 33's

I flanged the panel all the way across for a better stronger welding surface.

she's all ready for some primmer. And notice how the ranger bed sides have a cap over the tail light for a much cleaner look.

This is what happens when you move over to let people go by and a little mud on the side of the trail looks like nothing this is where i destroyed the paint on the whole left side and the winch did me no good at all here i hooked my winch to a grand cherokee and a jeep liberty and a dodge 1 ton cumming hooked all together and i was dragging them right back to me it took an old 70's chevy with spools front and rear pulling me back wards to get me out but it bent my tube door all the way around in to my front fender and crushed it and broke one of the door hinges right off and bent the other  but hay the tube door was alright.

i see. so did you just cut it off or did you plan it out so it would be easy to re-attach? also, how did your differentials hold up with the 33's?
