Ok I now can show you guys some progress as I had stated before I had pulled off the Landau top and found very little rust other than under the pass. side opera window which you can see in the pic was not pretty. Took it into work today 5/30/09 and sanded down the roof and trunk lid which was the worst as far as surface rust ,rust and bare metal. THANK GOD I live where it don't rain alot to none at all LOL. Right now what I did was basically preventive maintenance there is still alot of work to do because as I started sanding I found that someone had been there before and some of the previous work started showing up. But for now I accomplished what I wanted to do and next will be the hood. Oh and as you can see in the last pic no more rust but again this is tempoary as I got some modifications I want to have done. But I'm happy to be able to show some kind of progress and will post more pics as I contiue this project. And remember to this is my daily driver so its a drive and do what I can when I can project. Thanks for looking Please leave me a comment if you can.
