Pretty excited about this one fellas...

This is my 1965 Mercury Maurader. It has a 390 and is in good running condition. I just purchased this car. Pretty much stock except for the dual purple hornies. You really cant get any better than a two door hard top with no posts. Absolutely lovin this one. It is in the shop as I type. She is getting rust work done and getting primed black. Rims are being ordered and supsensions gettin lower. Plans are for 20" 100 spoke wires by OG. I should have the car back in a couple weeks. Will add pics when I get her back.

Car is actually on cardomain already. I took a couple pics from the "Pink Panthers" page to show you what she looks like now. Cant wait to see her when the works done.

Just got the rims dryfitted and they're lookin better than expected. Here's a shot of the OGs on the car.

Next step...tires are getting mounted, body work and primer and emblems being shaved. Car should be road ready in about two weeks.

Just got the car back this morning and it came out better than expected. The primer looks great. Very happy with the results. Gives the car a completely different feel.

hey bro, love the ride, but i liked it better when it had the primer/flat black look. i think you should revert it back! i know thats easy for me to say since im not shellin' out the $$$, but really... it looked fkn sick man. heres a quote from my gf, "yeah nice but not as unique or pleasing. the flat black makes it like a bullet. the shine distracts from the lines and shape. makes the tires look dull"

Wow, does this bring back memories. My first car was a '65 Monterey Marauder FB with a 390 hooked up to a Ford top-loader transmision. It was black with white interior and a BENCH seat!
