Bought this car on 02/08/2008; fuel mileage is running an average of 24.3 mpg at 7800 miles. Now running Mobil 1 5W-20 oil and Mobil 1 oil filter. No problems so far.
Cannot recommend this car for its rear vision, since trunk is too high, preventing view of road much closer than 40 feet away. Also the rear pillars are very wide, obscuring view of cars in adjacent lanes near rear 3/4 area of car. All other parameters such as performance, ride, quality of build, and reliability (so far) get a high rating from me. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) has already saved one of the OEM tires from damage due to a bolt picked up in tread.
