Just got the car nistuned, runs great now. Only pushing 10PSI of boost. For now hehe.

Here's my 1986 2+2 turbo Z31. I had a low mileage turbo motor put in last year, before that the car wasnt running. The car with the new motor runs great, and I have plans for this car. I'm very fortunate to get a motor in such good condition & low mileage. It doesnt look like much but its a sleeper, at first glance you see a 2+2 which most enthusiasts know they aren't turbo. plus its an 80's car most people don't think the car still has its power.

As far as mods go i've got 3 inch pipeing from the turbo back, Magnaflow 3" cat with a K&N intake and a skunk turbo exhaust. Everything on the motor is new wireing, being it was a motor swap. Along with new intake pipeing.

There has been a lot of time fine tuning, diagnostics & dyno. Most of the power I get is from the tech work on the motor. It's amazing how a few minor adjustments can make your motor run better. Such as tuning down your fuel I run a little less rich than stock. The turbo runs at 8-10Psi which had been set while the motor was installed. Runs a little bit more than stock.

I havent ran against a Z31 turbo that can keep up. So this must mean I have a healthy motor & turbo.

Nobody shows love to the older imports.

Nobody runs the gold wheels anymore, all you see now a days are black & chrome. My wheels are 17X7.5 P235/45R17&P245/45R17. Wrapped with Maxxis tires. I have little to no burnout, chirps through shifts.

Look at the rear tire, flush with the flare of the fender, but still sticks out a little. Its a good stance.

My aftermarket headlamp housing with PIAA HID H4 bulbs. Simple procedure phenominal lighting. The HID kit comes with the H4 bulbs, ballasts,& the wireing. The wireing is plug n play, the hardest thing is puting your headlamp back in.

The Z Sport Techs are very knowledgeable people, Its good to get info in person. Thats the shop I got the motor from, and the people that do all the real wrencnhing on my Z.

Still has a great interior. Even though my car is a 2+2 its either two people or three skinny brauds, that would be the only exception.

As far as pics go I don't have many at all, as is my digital cam isn't the greatest. But I will be adding more pics as I work on the vehicle ill get pics of the turbo and the under belly of the car.I havent got under the vehicle while I had a camera. Thanks for checking out my ride please leave feedback & rating. Anything about the Z cars feel free too drop some knowledge. Z Power!!!

My rims use to be gold but because of the age of the car and the unfortunate fact that my Z was just left sitting for a few years did not help it at all... Anyway, awesome job on your Z31!!!
