...OK this car has a history that will keep you saying WOW.
It started its life as a 1949 Chevrolet convertible and was purchased in 1955 by my father. This was his first "on the road" car and since it was the age of customizing he did what he knew best and transformed it to what you see...it had several face lifts before he finally left it the way you see it on the magazine. It was shaved, decked, de-chromed, frenched, roll-n-pleated, 50 oldsmobile windshield, 54 kaiser headlight rims, 59 chevy grille with 52 chevy grille bars top and bottom, 59 corvette steering wheel, 60 dodge spiral speedometer, 348 big block with tri-power, 54 chevy front suspension, 56 chevy rear, home made electronic door poppers, hand rolled tail fins to fit the 59/60 caddy taillights, 2 pc split rear bumpers...are you still saying WOW? ok its been on the cover and in several magazines and has won a first place trophy evertime it was shown! WOW again?
OK last WOW for you guys, my parents got married in 1962 and this was their "Honeymoon Ride" drove it all the way up to Niagra Falls Canada, need I say more???
