This is my 89 GMC Jimmy. So far its mostly stock. It has a tbi 350, swapped in turbo 400 trans with shift kit and TCI Sizzler stall converter, np 203 transfercase, 10 bolt front and rear axles with 3:42 gears. It has a 3 inch body lift and 33inch tires on 15 inch chrome sawblade wheels, Hooker headers, Flowmaster mufflers, no cats. Many more mods to come. Update: a rod bolt decided to come loose and in turn the rod cap snapped off busting a piston, bending another rod, taking a chunk out of both the block and crank, and breaking the cam in 3 places. So now im lookin for a new motor.
This is my 85 GMC 1500 that i've swapped in a dana 44 front and 14 bolt rear with 4.11 gears, 10 inches of lift and 44 inch Gumbo Mudders. It has a worn-out 350, turbo 400 trans and an np 208 transfer case. Future plans call for 2 ton military axles more motor and a bigger lift.
This is my old 75 GMC Jimmy I drove in high school. It was stock, then I lifted it 4 inches, put on 33 inch tires and wheeled the crap out of it till the motor blew. I built a 4 bolt main 350 bored .30 over, Comp Magnum cam, Edelbrock intake and carb. Then I lifted it 10 inches, put 3/4 ton axles and 35 inch Boggers on it. I later put a body lift and 38 inch Swampers on it. I had to retire it because it was too rusty. I hope to someday restore it as it was my dads.
