Car Shows for 2009!
Well it was an experience for me and all of the members in my club...but all the indoor car shows are all but over for the year...time to drive 'em now until they go back to sleep, I even added some babes to pose on the car from these shows hehehe!
When I did the Canadian International Auto Show in Feb. 13-22 it was just for the club promo and it was cool to drive the car in the SkyDome a.k.a. Rogers Centre...that was a long 10 days but it was nice to meet and greet people from all over Canada & the USA and talk cars.
Here are the set-up Pics & the Babes!

Transformers Autobots Horn Button...Cool!

Performance World Custom Car & Truck Show on March 13-15 was a competition show and I came out with nothing, no prizes, no awards...literally nothing, it was a bit of a disappointment to me but you all know how the judging goes in these types of shows...politics! anyways my competition in that show were cars that weren't clean like mine but they were Auto-X cars...oh well I had a blast and that's all that matters.

The Club Display!

We had 16 F-Bodies (Camaros & Trans AM) including a pre-production Red 2010 SS Camaro and a live Interior build on a Blue 3rd Gen. called... "The Project".
Out of the 15 cars 14 got the hardware and our 1979 Z/28 Drag Car with a beautiful Lamborghini Orange paint got 4 of them on it's own...for me I won 1st place in my Class which was 80's Custom overall and to my surprise I didn't think that I would win due to the high level of competition that Imy car was up against, The club also got interviewed by the local news & we were on an episode of The Backyard Mechanic...talk about great publicity!

But the best part for me was I got 2 more signatures on the car...1 from Stacy David from "Gears" the T.V. Show and the other with a pic from John Schneider a.k.a. "Bo Duke" from The Dukes of Hazzard & Smallville, they were both super nice guy's and very easy to talk to and they loved the Camaro.

North Yok Chevrolet!
After all the shows were finished for the year...The General Manger of a local dealership here in Toronto wanted 5 of our Camaros to be showcased in his showroom floor along with the 2010 camaro...that was an honor to have my car selected & displayed...almost like a brand new vehicle once again!

These are the new L.E.D. Tail Lights with sequential turn signals for the car, they will be a pretty cool addition to compliment all of the other updated parts into the cat...kinda new school meets old school, these will be going in next week so check back to see the finished product!
