Here it is, my 1954 International R110, back when it was just a 1954 International R110.
It had a 3.6 SD220 stright six converted to 12 volt, the 3 speed automatic transmission, and a tiny pair of antlers (not a stock option)
This was my grandpa's truck that he used on the farm for years. He saw it on an implement lot in Montana in non running condition. He bargained with the owner saying "it doesn't even run, what use would you ever have for it?" So they sold it to him for real cheap. He got it home and put in fresh gas and replaced the clogged fuel lines. It fired right up. First thing he did was drive it back to the implement and say "hey look it runs!" So he painted it dark red and drove it around the farm. Then he died and this truck got parked out in a feild for about 10 years.
Then on a visit to the farm in montana I saw the truck and deciced I had to have it, so i talked my parents into letting me get it and the next thing i knew my uncle came thanksgiving and he had pulled it to my house because i couldn't drive yet. She was a perfectly good running truck when I started on her. I guess I can't really say running because it was more like she was walking.

Still looking for a posi unit for a 12 bolt chevy truck 3.73 rear end if anybody has one for sale.

Heres the 81 Chevy i used, it was a long bed so i had to shorten the frame 18 1/2 inches.

My old IH frame after man handleing the cab off. Took six guys.

This frame was awesome! When i removed the body i left the wireing, gas tank, brakes, engine, tranny and everything, so then i rigged the steering back up and we went cruisin! We named it "The Pancake" It sure did good burnouts without all the extra weight.

It just doesnt quite look striaght. I dont know maybe its just me
I spent three days wreastling that darn cab onto the 81 frame into the right spot so i could make cab mounts. All i had was manpower, a couple boards, and a floor jack on gravel. I dont recommend this method to anyone.
