~HOOD~

 
                          Using a thin piece of bendable cardboard, I was able to spray

                          the hood with getting paint on the sound absorber.

~FIREWALL~

                        Believe it or not this was not cleaned, it was mearly sprayed

                        with Duplicolor truck bed liner. Check out page 6 to see the

                        can.

~RADIATOR SUPPORT~

~EXHAUST MANFOLD~

~CARBURATOR~ 

                         The carb was cleaned with Carb Cleaner and sprayed with a

                         high heat metallic silver to finish it off.

~FAN SHROUD~

                             These items were also done in the Duplicolor spray truck

                             bed liner. It works great on plastics to give them that nice

                             textured look.

~BATTERY TRAY~

Vaccumed clean and POR-15 was applied.

~BOLTS~

                         All of the bolts were cleaned with a wire wheel on a bench

                         grinder and painted. To just paint the tops of the bolt, cut a slit

                         in a cardboard box and insert the bolt. This assures that the

                         threads stay clean.
