Here's some pictures of my build. I have more but it would be boring to look at every weld and bend to make this work. I took my car apart in my garage and ended up doing everything myself. Even though at times it would have been nice to have input from another.More or less I managed. I've looked and looked on the web for another build like mine but came up empty so I know it's a one of a kind. I finished at the end of jan 2008. so here it is. "Hope you like it"
update(june 30th)
I relocated my knock sensors and moved them to a custom mount I made.I did this becuase most 1mz's that run boost weather or not, turbo or supercharged have trouble tripping the knock sensor.
In doing so the computer retards timing throughout the whole powerband. So if you can mount them in a place where the computer will accept them, you're good. here are some pictures of the project.

I went ahead and painted the intake manifold with 1200* paint. I went with the red since I have had bad luck with the way blue turns out.

Here she is in my garage.
I used to run nitrous as you can see in pic below. unfortunatly I developed hunger for power and at four dollars a gallon(nos) and 9 secs a gallon, I came up with this idea here.

The up pipe turned out better than the other four I tried. I went through about $200 of 2 1/2" 304 stainless before this final piece that I was happy with.I actually couldn't spend any more money in the design. It took me about four 12 hr days fabricating this pipe.

right here was the only place I could make an oil return on my pan. Then I kept getting leaks using rvt orcopper gaskets maker, so I had to tear the pan off like four TIMES! Then I used the Right stuff. it don't cost a grip for nothing.its the BEST!
Here you can see my purple oil return line wiggle its way back to the pan. Theres my wicked down pipe I made out of all left over peices of the up=pipe.
intercooler u-bend I made with 2" pipe. I shit u not the legs are only one and half inches apart.

more pics of the charge pipe as it sisters its way back to the engine compartment.
this is with the intake plenum and fuel rails off.
Then the 440's which are too big for an safc to control since the oem's are only 220cc. so it was running really rich (10.7a/f) Knocked like mother%@%$@!!! so these were taken out.and 360's were put in its place.

Pipes coming back in to the bay. It was a pain in the Booty but it looks cool. had to grind off more around the pipe that come out of the turbo. its kept making this rattling and sqeaking noise that drove me crazy! I hate sqeaky sounds!!!
pic from a different angle.
here it is with no front bumper. looks sick HUH?

then here it is after I moved the maf to the charge pipe.It reads better and its more controllable when the bov kicks.
OK people update!( its april 2nd 2008 )
I bought a Blitz DD blow off. and welded the hose pipe adapter to a chrome 304ss 2" pipe thats about 8.5". I didn't think it was going to weld nicely.I actaully think its some type of aluminum or mixed steel, becuase it was an off gold color, but it worked! even though it ate trough the pipe and is just like sitting and stuck on the weld.HUH!

I masked it off and painted it so the weirdo weld job won't rust.

Here it is in the car..I know how you guys love pictures of the ins and outs.lol cuz I do!

Here it is again. I don't think it will ever be fully complete, But I'm glad I got rid of that masterblaster looking BOV.ha!
This one sounds great at just 7psi!!

Ok heres a little update(april 17th 2008)
I had my guys at the Eagle Mufflers make me dump pipe. I know I should've done it my self but I'm out of piping and I'm having a lazy day. Turned out really good! Sounds way nice too. It just vents out to atmosphere down under.
well thanks for checking out my build. There will be more updates soon! I have more Ideas!I found that it would probably be better if I was run a bigger turbo.YAY! For customs!!!!
