Well here's my 1990 nissan 300zx N/A.I bought this car in Oct 07, and apparently I had a small mouse problem which led to frayed wires, and eventually a fire which made the car un-drivable.So now I've decided to rebuild it and eventually do a twin turbo swap.this is how it looked when I first got it

i love the CA even though i blew one already. the first thing i would do if i were you is change the rod bearings because chances are that will be the first thing to go (at least for me it was). but this one is good im running stage two about to go to stage three when i get a chip.

Not that hard.. think the worst was to redrill the disks... the rest pretty much just bolted on, with a few instances where I needed a small grinder :) but yeah. wasn't to difficult.

yeah man SleeperSx pretty much said it. it is a good engine if you put some (or a lot) money into it. I will not go for more than stage 1 because if you want to go further I would renew the engine. which is pretty expensive. hope I could help you out =) greets max

Hey man! The CA ran good. nice power, good response, all round bullet proof motor. But because of my cars/motors age, the turbo oilfeed lines where clogged and blew the turbo. then opted for the SR. But yeah very nice little motor.

I like the CA a lot... i love it because there is so many options for upgrades for the CA, i used it because is more responsive for drifting. Lets just say i wouldn't sleep on the CA. i have a SR engine in one of my other 240's and they are really not that much comparable... different engines different pros and cons you know.
