So... it's been a minute since I've updated this thing.  I haven't really done much to the vehicle, other than finally finish the inside... one day I'd actually like to start spicin' up the engine, but because of school and work, I don't forsee that happening anytime soon.

Hey! I own this bad boy of a car. It's my first car I ever owned and make payments on. Yeah, just like the rest of 'em out there, it has been a MAJOR pain in the butt, maintenance wise (I've owned it since 2005 and I've spent $4000 on repairs, what a joy). And I've been avoiding it for a long time. Now, I'm ready to start taking care of it and being a good owner.

tarasalero's 2001 Oldsmobile Alero That's my baby! I haven't done too many mods (yet) but I'm getting there. The first thing I did was paint the hubcaps blue. I think it looks tight and the job turned out pretty nice...

I attempted to change my speedometer to reverse glow gauges, but really screwed up with that (as for right now, I DO NOT have a speedometer. It'll keep you senses sharp, I guess).

After I fix my speedo, I'm heading straight for my stereo. As of right now, I have all stock, save for rear speakers, which I had replaced w/cheapo Panasonics. They're only a year old and already shot.

I found these Rocksford Fosgates on sale @ Best Buy! I got an awesome price for them too! I'm holding off until I get a new deck, which will be in the next few weeks. tarasalero's 2001 Oldsmobile Alero

I like the gauges. Were they hard to install?
