THE 455 IS DONE
I joked to my engine builder that the car had a problem. I told him it had to much power, he jumped in and power braked it for a minute. He said "looks good to me, damn I build a good motor". Thanks to Knigge Perfomance in Denver.
First real shakedown run. Not bad for crappy 2.56 rearend gears.
The 455 is now a 461. Dynoed at 420 HP and 505 Ft lbs. of torque.
Removing the old 350

A 67 Cutlass that was racing at Pinks All Out in Denver.
My 1967 Olds Cutlass, bought it off Craigslist in April for $3,700. These are the pictures as I bought it.
This is after I spent a couple hours installed the parts that were in the boxes he gave me.
Just a 70's 350ci with #5 heads but I also have a 455ci that I'm going to build.
All new Auto Meter gauges with 160 MPH speedo...
