'87 Porsche 944 turbo

I bought this car in May of 2002. Very excited to get in and drive this car.

After I bought bought the car, there were some minor restoration projects that definatly needed to be done tothe car.

I had new carpet put in, re-installed a stereo with new Kicker Comp VR's and a Blaupunkt amp. Next was the engine which I installed a Lyndsey Racing turbo booster, and stage 2 DME KLR chips. The chips were the best mod i probably could ever do tothe car. It boosted the power 43 hp from 220 to 263. I could really tell a difference on acceleration from 40 to 80.
I put a cool vented nose panel which opened up the front for the intercooler. I have notice a tiny change in engine temperature.
The turbo has been rebuilt with a larger hot housing. Overall this car meets the specs of a Turbo S and a little better.

I am wanting to install the mass air flow system from Huntley racing and some Kinesis racig wheels. But those are in the distant future for now.

hey man tight car. i also have a 944, but it is not even close to being as nice as yours. I still have a lot to do to it including the interior, body modifications, maybe a new enigine, and fix my exhaust. It runs good though considering I only plaid $800 for it. Its a non turbo though, but its still nice. I am open to any suggestions from anybody.

Very nice ride, man. How's that blau amp working for you? Lookin' to getting one for myself. Oh, by the way, get the wheels. You'll feel good everytime you wash your car.

i think it is strange that you are ranked 4th in sound systems, and you are the only one out of the top 4 with a sound system, could it be..and this is only a wild assumption, that some people vote for themselves repediatly...
