This is my girl, Selma. I came across this car in spring of '05 or I guess I should say she came across me. Traded my beat up 95 Civic to my distant cousin. She had a worn out smoking 305 in it. Motor lasted me 2 years though. Never had big plans for her, but over time I had such a blast driving it I have an endless list of upgrades and changes to do.
Interior used to be all tan and dirty. I have since then replaced the interior with brand new black carpet, a near perfect dash pad, nice black/grey cloth seats from a 4th gen (after realizing leather seats are not a good option for t-tops) black console, and I am currently trying to recover door panels myself.
Exterior was rust free but both doors were beat up and not worth salvaging so I replaced with doors off one of the many parts cars I had come across over the previous 3 years and I put an early 80's Z28 hood on it.
Car is currently in paint shop and i should be getting her back by the end of March so I will post new pics of her soon.
This is my first time on here so please take it easy on me folks. I am new to the writing out about my car and fixing page up real nice.
