This "Limited Edition Modified Pace Car Clone" Monte SS was originality born with the "High Sport Appearance Package". But I wanted to "spice" it up some. I got this idea when I saw a real 2000 Pace Car Edition Monte SS that was made for the street. I didn't know that they were available to the public so I decided to create my own. This car is no "trailer or garage queen". I drive it in all kinds of weather; sunshine, rain or snow. This parts list is the "Aftermarket Hopups" that I have added that's not listed in the CarDomain modification library. Place a comment and I'll answer you back. DON'T FORGET TO RATE ME!! I want to be SOTW some day. By the way. this Monte is not and never will be for sale. Total production for this year Monte Carlo SS was 71,129. This particular name plate also won the 2003 NASCAR Manufactures Championship. Thanks for reading.

This is what I started with. A "blank canvas".
Phase two of customizing.
L.E.D. taillights to be added later.
Front grill treatments and "blackout" style headlights to be added later.
Purchased from Earnhardt Chevy? Maybe, maybe not.
Adjustable strut springs, turn blue knob left or right for a soft or stiff ride. These act like "jack bolts" on a NASCAR racer.
These are what the struts look like. They lower the car when they are installed. Manufactured by KONI for GMPP. (discontinued in catalog)
"Powersliding" at my local dirt track.
Looks good in the sunshine. Stand to close, you might get sunburned, Trust me, I did at my first car show in 2003. I was as red as my car.!!
Not much ground clearance near the rear tires.
Car shows in the area that I have attended.
This is what I started with, phase one. (Small pic, I know)
Custom embroidered floor mats. Those are not a full set of racing pedals. Just pedal covers. Trying not to fake all of you.
