I added a K&N Air Intake the sucker sounds nice!!!

I got tired of it being too quiet so I added flowmaster dual exhaust and put the HP around 400!

Yeah, you can, but you can't on these Tundras. The TRD Chip is just the stock ECU with the TRD Specs on it....or the TRD Re-Flash...;)

Try MB Motoring, I bought them from Discount Tire. And no, the intercooler is not necessary in some applications, but I believe it is with this setup since the intercooler cools the air charge going into the ebgine, thus producing more HP. :)
