This is Clyde:

He's a '66 that my family's owned since mid 2004. This is what he looked like when we brought him home:

We've dome some work to him since then. most of the bodywork was completed when we got him, which is a good thing. I'm not so hot on the bodywork :)

Today he's a lot lower, has a little power adder, and some minor cosmetics updates. We've:

Converted him to 12v
Installed a 4" narrowed adjustable front beam and drop spindles
Lowered the rear 2 outer splines
Added 195/50 15's up front and 225/60 15's out back.
Added the roof rack and decklid standoff kit
Dropped in a 1641 with dual 40mm Kadrons, 110 cam, an 009 dizzy, header, and stinger.
Swapped the seats he came with for a set of correct lowbacks.
Added a parcel tray
Replaced the entire braking system
Replaced the stock swingaxle with a '67 4.12 R/P transaxle, retaining the early short axles
Replaced the stock headlights with Hella's with H4 bulbs.

This car's constantly being updated as I get extra funds. Future plans include another engine upgrade, 4 wheel disc, a stereo, a respray of the paint, new interior, etc. Watch this space. :)
