I got the 'Lac with faded charcoal paint. I decided to paint it myself using PPG Jet Black (blackest of the black). With some help from my Unc we got this beauty shining. Some of you know the process..sand down clear coat all grades, then wetsand all grades, primer, then wetsand all grades til' smooth, 3 coats of paint, then 4 coats of clear, wetsand all grades til smooth and even..then buff to a nice shine. I got two more months until I can put polish on it, and I can't wait! Took a lot of man hours painting this big body Cadi but well worth it. I threw on some 20" Custom rims wrapped in Sumitomo slabs. Added manual airbags in the rear to raise it up a notch. I threw 2 12" subwoofers in the trunk which slap the trunk lid, so I added Dynamat to the bottom of the lid. Finished it off with just the right window tint. This is my baby whom I cherish so much ...still got to post up more pics of the rest of the Cadi but I'm too busy enjoying it...I need to add my other car- 2nd owner of a T-Top 91 Camaro RS 305 5.0 with 67K with Flowmasters...this car is babied just like my Cadillac...feel free to leave a comment and I'll feel free to do the same! Peace!
