Whats going on!

This is my Mustang page! Here some information on it:

1968 Mustang
Ivy Gold Paint
Black Vinyl Hardtop
Ivy Gold Interior
Original 289 2 bl Engine

We've had it since I've been a little kid. Now that I can drive, we've finally started restoring it. It used to run fine, but it has just sat in our garage for about 7 years. For awhile we couldn't get it to run - after changing the points & condenser, the solenoid, and the fuel filter, it runs...!

Since we got it running, my dad and I figured we should do some of the things that have been needed to be done - a new radiator and fan shroud, powered disc brakes, new oil pump + pan, new transmission cooling lines and new rims/tires(16x7 Torq Thrust II).

What I Want to Do:

I want to overhaul the ignition system in the car, once we get it road worthy. I'm planning on replacing the Points Distributor with a new Mallory Electronic Distributor . Also planning on picking up a Mallory ProMaster Coil to go with the new distributor, and some Ford Racing Wires to connect everything!

I also want to overhaul the Audio system. I've been looking at some speakers and head-units and I'll probally go with a head-unit from Pioneer, as well as some Pioneer Premier component speakers. My uncle is selling his truck, and he said he would give me his 12"s, so I don't really need to worry about Woofers. The only real problem I have is buying an amp for the component set, but it will all come with time.

Dual Flowmaster 44s(American Thunder package) are in the 'Stang's future.
