2006 Nissan Sentra 1.8 Special Edition

Bought this baby back in the fall of 2007. Unfortunatly there isn't much aftermarket performance part support for the QG18DE motor so I'm going all out on cosmetics and audio video components to make this a head turner. I'm on a tight budget so mods are rollin' in slow, but I've got big plans for this car.

Starting with the exterior, I purchased a billet grill from eBay and had a buddy of mine hit it with a high-gloss black paint. Bought some DEPO tail lights off of Amazon and SE-R headlights off of eBay and they were hit with a clear coat mixed with black paint to smoke them out along with the stock reverse lights and third brake light on the spoiler. Badges were also removed for a much cleaner look.

Moving in to the interior, I have a good amount of StreetGlow brand neon and LED products. To start, I have two 10" neon tubes under the dash and two more under the front seats. Four LEDs were drilled into the four fronts A/C vents. I have 12" LED strips in both front door's map pockets. Finally, I have a 6" LED strip in the front cupholder area and another 6" strip in the glove box. I've decided to hold off on more lighting until I can get the front component speakers upgraded from stock. I've sanded the amber paint off of the back of my stock gauge face and HVAC controls as to allow more light to pass through them. I plan on replacing the incandecant bulbs with white LEDs for that classy upscale look. I've had the gauge bezel painted two-toned black and yellow and plan on getting some more yellow into the interior later.

My audio system is lacking right now. The only upgrades I've done are some Polk Audio db6501 components up front, Polk db651 coaxials in the rear deck and my Pioneer DEH-7900BT head unit. My next upgrade will be a Polk PA200.4 amplifier for my speakers. Eventually, I plan on getting a Polk PA400.1 amp to power a Polk db1212 sub. Monster cable re-wire of course...

Performance...lol. Well I haven't had a whole lot of to get my exhaust done or to get a CAI. The only thing on my car that is performance is my strut bar.
