A Super Stalker is a Lotus Seven replicar kit produced by Brunton Automotive in Florida (www.stalkerv6.com). My car was built in my garage begining in April of 2005. It is powered by a modified Pontiac 3800 V-6 engine with an Eaton M-90 Gen V supercharger, has a Tremec T-5 trans and a Chev S-10 rear axle with a Torsen differential. The total car weighs about 1600 lbs and has run a 1/4 mile in less than 11 seconds at over 125 MPH.
The car won events two years in a row at "Run and Gun" at Gateway International Raceway and was 7th overall at Grassroots Motorsports' inaugural Ultimate Track Car Challenge at Virginia International Raceway in 2007.
The car is occasionally raced but is fully licensed, street legal and has over 9000 street miles on it. It is great fun for my wife and I to drive it on regular roads. We enjoy the friendly smiles, waves, thumbs up and honks from other motorists.
