This is my PLYMOUTH VOLARE PREMIER STATION WAGON of 1976.
It was built in Switzerland. Chrysler had a plant there, where they puted together cars, shipped in parts to Europe.
This car is equipted with a 318 V8 engine and Torque Flite 3-speed automatic transmission. It is nearly full loaded exept A/C, wich was very unpopulare in the 70´s in Europe.
It is in good used condition and nearly absolut stock. The swiss version has no catalytic converter, km-speedo and some small changes to the US versions.
I added sunvisiers and H4 halogen headlights. The car has about 260.000 km done and drivers quite well.
In Germany it is a large car and it is able to turn heads. BMW´s are old daddy´s cars and Mercedes are TAXI Cabs.
So keep on cruising and keep old metal running.
OK, this is a Kilometer Speedo, but not bad for an old Lady, isn´t it?
Volare is italian for "to fly".
Best regards fron Hamburg/Germany.
Adrian.
Also best regards from my little sister.
A part of my model car collection, it´s still growing...
I think it´s time for a few new pictures. If You aree, continue watching. Here they are.
This is me on my car. You prefered my sister on the hood...?
OK, Your right!
She matches.
Don´t be confused about the changing license plates, most of them are fake-plates or Rallye numbers, only screwd on for the foto or for the oldtmer meeting.
But this was real life... A flat tyre, that happens...
...but a stock spare of 1976 that doesn´t happen often. But it worked and now it´s still sittin´in the trunk waiting for the next hazzert.
The left picture shows the garage og a firiend of mine. The right picture shows, what happend there...most of You know this - and all of the Volare drivers know this for sure.
Can You see the difference ? not ? There ara a lot of bucks between teh pictures, and there´s still a lot to do.
I will get You this pictures too.
Hey ! This is my first ride in 2009. I love this car...
This is infront of an old Bunker in Hamburg and on the way to a meeting

This is the flat northern German Country and me in my stock 1972 dressup.
Ooops, have I been a little fast ?
So far, thank´s for looking and have a nice day.
Adrian from Hamburg / Germany.
