Well This is my first car. I'm 18 years young. This car was originally a 1984, converted to an whatever you want to call it i just call it an 89 cause it has an 89 interior... This car has changed so much since the day i bought it... i have finally completed the body/paint work... still have a little more cosmetic work i want to do, but overall its getting ALOT better... pretty much the only other plan is to redo my blackedout taillights, get the 93 cobra r brake upgrade and 5 lug conversion and get either black Cobra R's with a polished lip, or black FR500 wheels with a polished lip... I also rebuilt a new temporary engine for it and cleaned up the engine bay some (i plan on taking the temporary motor out, and filling all the holes and smoothing the engine bay eventually). My current set up is 1988 roller block, edelbrock rpm air gap intake, 150 shot nitrous, aluminum radiator, bbk shorty headers, bbk off road h pipe, flowmaster 40 series, 3.73 gears, polyurethane motor mounts, msd distributer, smog pump delete, and a few other things i'm sure i'm forgetting. It's not bad for a first car... enough to get me into some trouble =/
Finally completed the body and paint, just want some black wheels with a polished lip.
UPDATE:I hydroplaned on the way to a high school homecoming football game, after a car pulled infront of me. I couldn't regain control. The car is currently stripped down and undergoing a complete restoration. New interior, new floor pans, por15 and herculiner coating, new body, filling the holes in the bay, wire tuck, fuel injection, top secret build for the engine, billet specialties, 5 lug conversion with big rotors, t56 six speed swap, and other secrets. It will be a street/strip/show car. I will update everynow and then.
