1982 Datsun 210. It may look a lottle rough but it has a lot of potential. Working on these older cars makes things so easy. It has a carb and no computer. And they last forever.

Its got the standard rims with 155/80/13 tires in front and 185/80/13 in the rear. It gettign new rims but finding rear wheel drive offset rims isnt the easiest. Im kicking myself now for giving away a set of 280zx rims. They fit exact. Oh well.

Onto the engine. It has a A14 1.4L motor. Not the fastest but it definitely will get good mileage. Its going to be hopefully treated to a new intake manifold with dual carbs and a set of headers if i can find them. Since In Illinois we dont have emissions tests for anythign older than 1996 the entire exhaust is going to be scrapped. No cat and ill put a bigger muffler inthe rear.

As far as the interior. It was pretty dirty. Saets are trashed and the dash was a disaster. The plastic was badly discolored so its all goign to be painted a dark metallic gray. Since Honda seats are almost a bolt on Im looking for a set of Prelude seats that will do the trick. It will get a decent stereo and tinted windows.

WellI got luck enough to find a set of old school type of rims. 13 inch Rear drive Toyota rims. Minus the branded center caps. Lowers the cars look and makes it more presentable.
