OK here is my ride. Mostly original '69 Camaro. The car was produced in the Van Nuys plant and as far as I know lived its whole live in or around LA. With that said, it has very little rust evidenced only on the lower quarters about the size of half dollar (hopefully). It was a 307 automatic car with SS hocky stripes and black standard interior.
The plan! Full restoration in the pro-touring style. Tubular control arms, coils overs, big brakes, LS power plant followed by a 6 speed, backed by a stout rear-end. The car should sit on 18/19 3pc wheels with the centers body color. The exterior to be silver with z\28 stripes (finished slightly differently). Interior to be delux original style with slight improvements.
Basiclly I want a car that looks (mostly) original with modern drivetrain and accessories and gets 20+ mpg. I want a driver!
