Looks like im adicted to Pontiacs! Just picked up this 96 formula with tons of potential. The motor has a spun rod bearing and the trans lost 3 gear but it will all be fixed and have this beast back on the road. Below is a few pics of how it looked in its days of glory, its a little rough now, and a list of its mods.

Future Plans-updated 4/11/09

Well decided to get a little more aggresive with my upgrades so instead of a cc503 and bolt ons its getting a nice sized custom cam, a Lloyd Elliot grind to be exact

Cam specs out at 22x/22x @.050 .57x/.57x lift 10xLSA, so that with some LPP longtubes/ORY, magnaflow catback, electric cutout, ewp, 1.6 NSA rrs and the other supporting mods should push me into bottom 12s with how light this car is, its going to be a blast to drive and sound mean!

The pacesetter headers have been sold and will be replaced with stainless units. Replaced the used meziere ewp with a new unit from CSR. Its all starting to come back together though its taking me alot longer then i had hoped and im getting antsy to take it out.

One thing is for certain there will be a black 350z that will be hunted down once all is running good.

So went and took some pics of its current state, told ya it was a little rough.

nice lookin bird man.. that motor swap is a bitch in these cars isnt it lol..ive had mine in and out 3-4 times so im getting pretty good at it. should pick up an aftermarket adjustable panhard bar if you dont already have one..didnt see it in ur mods anywhere...youd be supprised how much that helps tighten up that rear end. 5 stars. check out my formula sometime..
