~Febuary 21, 2003~
Ok well I kinda set up abit of a workbench in my room since our Canadian weather outside is around -25C.

Opened up the side cover to the Super T-10. Nice and shiney gears!

The transmission is now all finished being rebuilt. I ended up replacing 3rd gear, got a used one for $50 (CDN), also got a new 3rd/4th sliding sleeve, as well as the usual stuff like synchros and seals. Sorry I dont have any more pictures of the actual rebuild, it was all done at the garage where I work at. My boss at the garage gave me alot of help over there, couldn't have done it without him.

Hey good job with rebuilding things on her.I have a black 80 Z28-check it out sometime. As for the color I would paint her black and put the old factory stripes back on but with the silver package, but then it won't match the interior so maybe just keep it all black. Not too many people keep the factory decals on these cars after they repaint them.I didn't do it cause I didn't have the money back then to buy the decals, but they sure look cool when they look like they just rolled off the showroom floor.Keep up the good work.Cheers!!! Kell
