This is my good old and sweet 1994 Daihatsu Charade. My first car, my first unlucky car who received a lot of noob mods LOL. Had lots of trials and failures with this car. But the good thing is, I learned a lot from it.
Specs:
Chassis: G100
Engine: 996 cc Naturally Aspirated
Mods:
-Simota Short Ram Air Intake
-Bigger exhaust pipes with no Primary muffler and 3.5" Jasma muffler
-Hi-tension Si Plug wires with Denso Iridium power plugs
-Mitsubishi FTO front bucket seats
-Cheap Weight Reduction: No rear seats, no spare tire, no aircon [compressor removed], driver's weight from 83 kg to 81 kg :P
-Cut front springs with KIA shox (cheap lowering mod- I know this is not good. I'm just out of budget)
I was planning to save for a swap to Toyota's 4EFTE but later I changed my mind. I love the stock 996cc more.
2008.04.04 update:
-Just changed the front shox from a "I-dunno-what-car-it's-from" shock absorber that should lower my ride using the stock springs--DIY!!
-DIY paint job on hood (flat black)---not so good DIY :-(
