I intend to keep the 2.9L, gas prices where they are the performance V6 is the way to go. I was lucky to have the larger 58mm throttle body, installed K&N cone cold air intake, MSD Coil, electric puller fan. Replaced the valve cover gaskets, new timming chain cover and water pump. Next on the list to upgrade the exaust Flowmaster 40 Series

I have replaced every module on this motor this year trouble shooting, it was still throwing a O2 code. Finally after all was said and done found that where the O2 sensor bolted into was broke on the seam. I'm not sorry I threw parts at it though after all this time as each part came off I could see the age had taken its toll

Removed the 60-40 split seats replaced with racing bucket seats, added a console. Took the interior from blue to black. Stripped everything out while everything was removed I placed the oil and water gauge in the dash, green out of the blinkers and turn signals making a clear white light. Sanded and then dyed all the panels. Same thing with the carpet and headliner. Used a product called Dupli-COLOR { not the duplikote} and it looks like I replaced the entire carpet. Pioneer DEH 6500 head unit, w/matching rear n front speakers
