Here is my newest addition, A Ford F150 XLT Flareside 2 wheel drive pick up....it's been tricked out by a previous owner...the usual stuff, subs, amps, mags, tint...but now it's my turn!! And boy do I have plans...

in the guys garage the day I bought it

As it sat the day I had to flat deck it home (behind an old ambulance)

First, I am going to gut the interior...time for an update for the carpet, headliner, door panels etc...get rid of the hard plastic "racing" buckets and actually put something comfortable in there, found a set of heated black and red leather buckets...

Second, its on to the bed...first, a custom built 7 foot tonneau cover!...and to top it off, its getting a nice custom built wood floor

Third, its on to the wheels...as you can see in the picture above, it currently it sits on "Core Racing Titan LT rims in 17" with Goodyear Eagle F1 GS in 245/45ZR17. Which, of course makes it pretty well a lawn ornament half the year!!

A little update...took it out for a blast on the ZR's as soon as the roads dried up a little...I can see what the previous owner had in mind!! It's a blast!!

My intention is to bring it back to normal height and put some Michelin Cross Terrain tires in 245/60R17's on it. Above is a picture of it with the new rubber...much better looking!!!

Not too big or knobby but enough to handle all but the worst this province can offer, this is rural Saskatchewan after all!! Where I live, they don't seem to understand snow removal, so I need it to be able to actually handle the white stuff, not sit under a tarp for 6 months a year...not to mention the potholes that never seem to get fixed.

Next page is all about the customizing...In the long run, I am looking for a cool hood with functioning scoops to help the 5.0L breath better...maybe a chrome kit for the 302 while its getting rebuilt...definitely going to mod out the engine!!!

Page 1 you are here!
Page 2 the mods in depth.

Yo, nice truck! The wheels are a bit too small for my taste, but it does give the truck a nice drop. Check mine out, it has a nice stance to it - same year and bed style too. 4/5 stars since you havent finished it!
