Projects
This is the front of the car after we painted it.
Since we moulded the headlight trim rings into the fenders and the screws to adjust the headlights were on the front of the headlight bezel, I had to fabricate a way to adjust the headlights from the back of the bezel.
The best picture I can get of the rear suspension. We fabbed the sway bar mount and shock mounts in this car.
A battery box I made for the car. I got a bending break and figured it would be a fun project to try it out on. It seemed like I would be able to save a few bucks by doing my own remote mount battery kit, but in hindsight, I would have been better off spending the money to get a kit. The price turned out about the same once I got everything I needed, and It took a lot more time to figure out the best way to mount everything.
I put Dynamat in the interior of the car for noise and heat insulation.
The Dash, what it started out as and what it has become. It was a lot of fun smoothing it out and readying it for The Classic Instruments Hot Rod Series Gauges. I have a Speedometer and quad Gauge.
I couldn't find a set of Alternator or power steering brackets that would work in my car so I built a set to work out of some brackets that didn't work.
My electric wiper motor. The original was a vacuum set and I figured since I'm running a bit of cam I should buy an electric wiper motor that is a direct replacement.
