After blowing my cobalt twice i could not take it no more. So i went to look at the 350z because i always love how they look but i was never to happy with their speed but after finding out that the 07/08 were better and faster then all the previous years i fell in love.
These are pics of my car at MOROSO the car only has 1,000 miles but i coulnt wait any longer to take it to the track. I only got 3 runs cause the track was full i ran 13.7@102.77 my first run wich shocked me, i though the car was slower. My second run was 13.6@103.60 so by now i knew the car had potential so i tried harder and my last run was 13.5@104.31 which is real good for a bone stock 350z but i feel like i could of done i lil bit better but its ok i have only had the car for like 3 weeks and i am new to rear wheel drive cars.
My first mod were my AEM intakes and i think it was a great buy looks great and it gave the car some extra power and a strong sound.I then bought a pioneer indash to replace the wack factory radio. Also AAM test pipes and a custom hks single exhaust.

I havent been on cardomain in a while so i had forgot to add that i also have a JIMWOLF clutch and light weight flywheel, it was i kick ass upgrade, with factory clutch after a few back to back runs you can feel the pedal loosing preasure now with this new clutch the pedal stays firm.
I also got my ECU flash with this program called osires by UP-REV it is a fearly new program and the few tuners that are certified to use it are not too skilled yet with the HR, they were able to remove my check engine light that i had on because i am runing no cats, they removed my speed limiter so i could go past 160mph, i tried it as soon as i left the dyno im not exactly sure how fast i whent because the digital mph gage in the Z's dont go past 160 but i redline 5th gear and my spedometer was well past 160mph i guess around 167mph.... (at 160 the HR Z's are at around 7000rmp in 5th,and with the flash i kepted going to 7500 strong, i also shifted in to 6th but the car started to slow down insted ofspeed up i guess that i was too big of a gear and at the spped that i was going the car ran out of power) but back to the flash they were also able to mess with my air fuel. the car from factory came really rich so my tuner took some fuel out giving me some extera power. my air fuel now is 12.7-12.8 while on WOT, as of now they still dont know how to ajust timing which is raelly usefull in order to get some extra power. they are also trying to figure out how to raise the RPM when ever i take my car back ill post info again.-- once they learn how to adjust timing im going to tune on spray. :-)
With the basic tune that i listed ^ there my car whent from my old best 13.3@104 to 13.13@106.9mph. Let me know what you guys think or if you have a faster HR let me know and ill go back and do better lol.
