The car was dynoed and pegged the MAF at about 5700 rpms. I recently added a lightning MAF and will need to tune the new MAF and dyno the car again to see what the gains are. I'd expect to see another 20-30whp over the dyno below:

Update: 5/12/09:

I recently created a bracket to hold the distribution box, coolant tank, and a oil catch can.    I removed the secondaries in the lower intake manifold and blocked off the left over holes.  The IMRC box that controlled the secondaries was removed from the front vavle cover and one of the supports on the cover was removed to make it look cleaner.  I plan on removing the other two supports on the front valve cover and polishing the cover up a bit.  The EGR was also removed to clean up the engine bay a bit more.

I've gone through a few supercharger tensioner updates and added an additional support underneath.  These improvments prevent belt movement (left to right) and degrease bracket sagging under load.  Once I have time to mess with the tune and finally fix the pegged MAF issue I will get some new dyno numbers.  I routed the intake down into the fender so I could install a larger K&N filter and ditch the mushroom filter.  Here are some updated pictures:
