Nice truck man and thanks for the comment!!! My roll pans is steel and made by Sir Michaels. It fits great, which is going to make molding it in a breeze when I get around to it, and it came with a light kit for the license plate. If you go the steel route make sure you coat the backside of it with some roll on or spray on bed liner to protect it from rocks, debris and rust through.

The roll pan is fiberglass, the bumper cover is an exremely easy install. Just need to drill a couple holes. The engine dynoed at 401hp @ 5200rom & 426tq @ 4000rpm

lol to be honest, my car sits in my garage at home...just a normal garage, snow even seeps in through the bottom of the door. but i think the snow that has come in is preventing anymore from coming in lol. as far as tips on what to do when u store it id say just make sure u have a garage or building ur can put it in where the weather wont get to it, make sure its clean when u put it there, and throw a car cover over it while its in the building. that about what we did with my dads chevelle and after 20 some years it still looks amazing. but if u really want to protect it, me and my girlfriend were considering getting together with another friend and renting out a heated shed, not only would it be protected but we could work on it over the winter. that route cost some money tho but may be worth it. really its up to u and what u plan on doing with ur truck over the winter, which ur truck looks pretty damn nice btw, nice job with it and i can see why u want to keep it looking good.
