Here's a 68 Charger we turned into a General Lee for my buddy.
The rear section was pretty rusty. It was all hidden with fiberglass and bondo when he bought it. I had to replace the rear deckpanel, lower quarters, tailpanel, rear corners and do some patch work on the doors, trunk floor, lower valance, around the rear window and hood.
Here's the deck panel and window area.
Repair/replace
Hood was rusted out in the front tip. It had a thick coat of bondo.
The rear valance panel was pretty solid except for a section on the drivers side where the bumper bolts up. I had to make a new piece for it plus rebuild the section inside on the trunk floor. You can also see where I replaced the corner piece and the 69 taillight panel.
Quarter panels.
Had a little spot at the rear edge of the quarter panel that needed attention.
Now onto Primer and Paint.
