My system: JVC headunit, MDS tweeters, two MDS 10" subwoofers.Lanzar VIBE 250 amp and a MDS amp.
in 1975 they haven't heard of ISO-cable or even a nice power-cable... So I took the wole dash apart and put in new litning audio cables. it took it's time but it was worth it!
I made the dash my self out of 4 mm aluminium. you can even see the button for the neon tubes. it tore out all the heating and fan controls to get room for the headunit
the MDS tweeters are installed what used to be the air-vent. looks factory installed! this tweeters are nice! give's almost uncolored sound.
this is my baby the day I bougth her. I haven't done anything new to the exterier...yet:-)
