Wheels/Tires
One of my wheels were badly pited and etched by the metal shavings from the right front brake assembly. My solution was to repaint the wheels.
This pic shows the badly pited/etched wheel. It looks like severe brake dust, but it wasn't. The inside of the wheel was also covered in metal shavings.

First step was to sand blast the wheels.

Mask, clean and prime.

Here's the finish product after mutile coats of primer, paint and clear coat.

These were the products that I used. The fisrt pic shows the original paint color that I choice. In the auto stores, there were only three Dupli Color base coat to choose from. Silver, flat black and graphite. I originally chose silver, but after laying down the first coat I didn't like how it looked. It was too silver, you could definately tell it wasn't an OEM color. So I went to Lowes and pick up the closet color to the OEM color. The second pic shows the color I choice
