I bought my car in September 2000 for $750.oo The kid gave me one week to come up with the money. Needless to say I wanted this car REAL bad. It came with bald tires, Rusted body, messed up paint, and to top it off a 2.8 v6..WOW! LOL. The 1st thing a friend and I did was cut the stock bumber to put mount the scanner light. It looked so sweet. I got SO many comments. Then some fool bashed in my rear window with a crowbar becuz I wouldnt hand him my wallet,cool huh?To top it off even more...I was soberly...SOBERLY, driving my car on my 21st bday with my gf Amber following and some guy had a blinker on to turn, so I turned. Only thing is he didnt turn. He one of those idots who drives with there blinker on. I totalled my car. Bent the frame 1 1/2 inches and destroyed my front end. So I had to start over. I got the frame pulled for $130 that was cool...it was fixable. Then my dad and I searched junkyards til we found a front end.$450 later I had one. I got the Knight Rider hood to go with. I installed all of that and I could drive again. My motor had 161,000 miles on it, well it decided to go. Thankyou! Now I bought a 350tpi and a 700r4 tranny to upgrade the car. I also got Edelbrock headers, Borla exhaust, and an MSD ignition system. Im also doing some cool stuff to the interior for now until I get $5,000 for the KITT interior well, thankz.
