if your takling about my tail lights then open your trunk, remove the trunk liner from both sides (it doesnt have to come right off, only folded back a little to gain access to the back of your taillights) and undo the 3 bolts keeping them on. make sure you disconnect the electrical first though since it gets in the way a little bit. and i TINTED them with some VHT NIGHTSHADE. you can get it a most car parts stores but not department stores. if you cant find it you can order it online but make sure its coming from somewhere close to where you live cuz i dont think they will ship it over any boarders.

if you are talking about the plastic piece on my trunk... i opened my trunk and took off about 10 speed nuts. yours may have a couple more than mine since its a bigger bezel. after i took it off i washed it really good and sprayed it black with some normal black spray paint, but i recommend usuing duplicolour spray paint. and the part i did near my ebrake i ended up changing back to stock until i can find some brighter bulbs or a better way to do that.
