========================PAGE#2===========================================

Right now the car's engine is being rebuilt, since Circuit racing is "dead" here in Puerto Rico, the car has been colecting dust at the shop. But now there is a new movement here and yeah its called drift! The car is now being rebuilt as a drift car so that my broher and I can race in diferent cars at the same time. So hopefully by next week the car "should" be running.

Since the engine was broken we decided to totaly rebuild it. We used a 325e engine block wich is 2.7L instead of 2.5L and used the 325is head with the intake manifold and all the goodies.

(The only ones with THE new technology VCT or "variable cat timing" jeje)

Since there is no restrictions in drift, aside from stroking the engine, well  its going to recieve a little more help with the adition of a turbo.

The turbine is a Volvo stock turbine at back with a 300zx front. The manifold is a stock manifold that comes in the 524 turbo diesel (european model) with the turbo up top.

We had to eliminate one of the hi-beams to make room for the oil cooler lines. Also we decided to change the front plastic bumper with  a metal one (since there are bound to be more crashing) and put a Racing Dynamics front spoiler so the car doesnt look lame.

We got the car to start and run but there is a hellish missfire that is holding us down, I added some adicional injectors but the missfire wont go away. Guess we have to buy a programable computer to make it right.

More picks coming soon
